📑 Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Royal Park Hotels and Suites, Kano (the "Hotel," "We," "Us") and the guest ("You") regarding booking, payment, and staying at the Hotel. By making a reservation or completing check-in, you formally accept these terms.
1. General Agreement and Liability
- Governing Law: These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Kano State, Nigeria.
- Booking Acceptance: By reserving a room, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all provided details are accurate.
- Official Contact: For all general matters concerning these T&Cs, please contact the Hotel directly.
2. Reservation Channels and Third-Party Bookings
Reservations may be made directly via our website or through authorized third-party platforms (including, but not limited to, Hotels.ng and Almosafer).

Subject entirely to the cancellation, payment, and check-in policies outlined in Section 3 and 4 of this document.
Your reservation is bound by the cancellation and amendment policies set forth by the third-party provider (e.g., Expedia, Hotels.ng). The Hotel is not responsible for errors or claims arising solely from the third party’s platform or interface.
All online card payments are processed securely via third-party processors (e.g., Paystack). By submitting payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms. We are not liable for security breaches occurring solely within the payment processor's system.
3. Payment, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
This policy applies to all direct bookings. Guests with third-party bookings should refer to their original booking confirmation for specific cancellation rules.

Available if cancelled 24 hours before 6:00 AM (local time) on the scheduled arrival date.
A fee equivalent to the cost of one night's room charge will be incurred.
Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will be charged the full cost of the first night's stay.
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7-10 business days. No refund will be issued after the free cancellation window has closed.

Available 24/7. Our front desk operates around the clock. Your room is guaranteed available for the date booked regardless of arrival time.
All primary guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Passport, NIN, Driver's License) upon arrival.
12:00 PM (Noon) local time.
Guests who delay check-out past 12:00 PM will be subject to late check-out fees, up to a full night's room charge, unless prior arrangements are made with the front desk.
The minimum charge for accommodation is for one night.

Stay charges conclude at this time on your departure date.
5. Hotel Rules, Security, and Liability
- Property Damage: The registered guest is held financially responsible for any and all damage caused to the Hotel property, fixtures, fittings, or room furnishings by themselves or any member of their party during the stay.
- Security and CCTV: The Hotel uses CCTV monitoring in all public areas and external premises for the security of guests and property. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded for security purposes.
- Personal Property: The Hotel accepts no responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal property, cash, or valuables brought onto the premises. Guests are strongly advised to utilize the in-room safe provided.
- Prohibited Activities:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. Violations will result in a cleaning fee.
- The use, possession, or storage of illegal drugs, narcotics, or weapons is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of the stay and reporting to law enforcement.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kano State, Nigeria.
